Ethnographic research could be used to identify potential needs and extract hypotheses by paying attention to the behavior of consumers, and observing their actual situations. In this study, we will focus on the daily cooking habits of survey participants, including food management in the fridge, arrangement of cooking utensils, and 40 minutes of actual cooking observation.
We hope that this research will provide inspiration for product development for a wide range of companies involved in the food industry. This study was conducted with special permission from the Asmarq monitor.
