Survey of “sharing enthusiast” Female Employees: “How They Choose Snacks for the Office and Home”

During work, "breaks" can take many forms, such as enjoying a delicious lunch, taking a nap, smoking, or chatting with colleagues, among other activities.
One of the common ways many people choose to relax is by having a simple snack.
When it comes to snacks, preferences and timing vary greatly from person to person.

With the current shift to hybrid work models, including remote work and office commuting, the occasions and emotional and functional effects of "snacking during work" may have become more diverse.

This time, we conducted an interview with "sharing enthusiast" female employees about how they choose snacks for the office and at home!

We have conducted a broad interview to gather insights on what types of snacks they choose and the effects they experience from snacking.

We hope this provides valuable insights for companies in the confectionery and food industries, offering potential opportunities for new marketing strategies and product development.

This survey was conducted with special permission from Asmarq's panel members.
