UI/UX research involves collecting user opinions, behaviors, and reactions in line with the objectives and target audience of a product or service on a website.
Conducting such research helps identify areas for improvement in usability, visual elements, and layout, enabling the creation of a website that is more aligned with user insights.
For this study, we conducted interviews with female participants using i-PORT voice to evaluate the usability and impressions of both the old and new website designs.
The interviews involved comparing the two versions, gathering insights on the advantages of the new design, identifying issues, collecting honest feedback, and pinpointing areas for improvement.
