A reminder email means resending the survey request email.
Our team monitors the response status while considering the time needed for data checking to decide whether to send a reminder email. On the other hand, we can report to you on how responses are gathering and, based on that information, send out reminders at a timing you specify. Please feel free to discuss this with us.
In cases where we don’t send a reminder email:
If there is a sufficient number of potential respondents (the base number of monitors to whom we can send the survey) remaining, it tends to be faster to distribute the survey to new targets. Also, if not much time has passed since the first distribution, the effectiveness of a reminder email is less likely, so we usually wait at least 1-2 days before sending one.
