What Is Online Interviewing?

Online interviewing is a qualitative research method. We recruit target respondents from our panel for the client to conduct interviews with them online. All the clients need is the internet and screen set-up, which enables them to interview the respondents from their office.

In online interviewing, a moderator interviews only one respondent. Because the respondent can be interviewed at home in a comfortable environment, the interviewee can give private and honest opinions more easily. Also, group interviewing can be conducted online, where several respondents will participate in the interview at the same time and communicate with each other through the screen. Each respondent can hear each other’s voices and see the other participants, which allows conductors to have the online interview as an alternative to an offline group interview.
