CLT Venue​

We conducts over 200 offline group surveys and CLTs (Central Location test) annually. Located in Shibuya, Tokyo, our headquarters boasts a dedicated survey venue on its second floor.
Equipped with simulated in-store spaces using product shelves and kitchen space.
Our survey venue offers flexible solutions, including taste-testing surveys featuring frozen foods and cooking.

Under the guidance of CLT professionals with over two decades of operational experience, we conduct surveys responsibly.​

Monitors entering the survey are assisted by dedicated staff in a welcoming entrance.

We conduct thorough identity verification, obtain consent for participation, and confirm participant criteria, leaving no detail unchecked before the survey begins.

The CLT venue is located to the left, while the group interview rooms are on the right.​

This is the main floor of our CLT venue.
All equipment is provided, allowing floor customization according to survey requirements.
Monitor rooms enable real-time observation of survey reactions. This allows you to capture and understand monitor reactions instantly.​​

Kitchen area​​

7 microwaves are ready to use at the same time.
A fully-equipped kitchen environment enables various tasting surveys.​​

Equipped with high-quality cooking appliances, our CLT venue allows for a wide range of tasting surveys, including package evaluation and tasting surveys for all genres.

With adjustable wattage microwaves, large refrigerators and freezers, induction stoves, hot plates and more.
This setup allows you to conduct taste-tests across multiple categories.

In addition, we also provide the arrangement for food and beverages to be settled in advance of the survey.​

Group Interview Rooms​

ASMARQ's group interview rooms, specializing in qualitative research, have created a new facility for exclusive use.
The facilities and equipment are brand new, and available for various research and validation needs,
including group interviews, usability tests, and taste tests.​

Reception Space​

For qualitative research, the quality of the target audience is especially important.

The spacious reception area allows for thorough verification of the monitor's identity and consent to participate in the survey, and final confirmation of the monitor's demographics and conditions.​

Under bright lighting conditions, 9 built-in close-up cameras allow the monitors to capture facial expressions and eye movement.​

Mirror Room​

Up to 9 people are able to in the mirrored room where to observe the survey without being seen by the monitors.

The lighting is not visible from the monitors, and the room is soundproofed. You are free to bring your own PC and beverages, and to discuss the survey with others.​

A high-resolution display that can be divided into up to 9 sections allows you to view each monitors movements and responses.​

Pantry​

The pantry is equipped with mini-monitors, refrigerators, and a multifunction printer.

Because presentation items are prepared while the interview is in progress, it is possible to provide tastings and tasting surveys in accordance with the timing of the monitors.
